Fall…A Time For Change!

In our “neck of the woods” fall is a time of great change! The leaves on the trees are turning color and will soon be dropping. The days are getting cooler, cloudier and shorter. The warm, lazy, crazy days of summer have definitely come and gone. There is definitely a feeling of change in the air!

 Yes, what I call the beer and barbeque season is behind us and if you are like me the effects of too many   over-indulgences are painfully obvious in terms of how I look (particularly around my midsection) and feel! Summer for me has always been the hardest time for living “lean and healthy”!

But like the title of this blog says fall is a time for change! For me it is particularly true as it has been a few years since I committed to living a lean and healthy lifestyle and it shows! A little over five years ago I decided to retire after thirty years in the Health & Fitness Industry due to a series of unfortunate events that caused me to have to close down my Personal Training Center. I quit working out on a regular basis, I ate too much, I drank too much and the effects on my health and well-being were not positive. My unconscious choices were not serving me well!

So I have decided to make this fall a time of change for me personally! Besides getting my body, mind and spirit back in healthy shape! I have also decided to finish a project that was never completed due to my retirement and go back to work (albeit part-time) sharing my knowledge and experience online  through my website as well as offering my coaching services to those who might want them via a new 60 Day “Right Start” Online Wellness Program targeted at people who might not want to go to a gym or work with a trainer “in-person” due to the costs and time commitments involved. My new online training platform allows me to design a personalized program for every individual client’s needs while still providing the “hands on” training and accountability needed for maximum results! The best news is that it can be done from the convenience and comfort of your own home!  Plus, its way more affordable than “in-person” training at a gym!

This will be fun and exciting as I will be doing the program right along with my clients and this should provide great feedback and interaction as well as a number of other benefits for all of us! I look forward to this season of change and renewing old friendships as well as starting new ones and I would love to be a part of your season of change as well!
