Never Too Late To Change!

One of the most common reasons I hear from people for NOT starting a self- improvement program is “it’s too late to change now”, “I’m too old”, “I’m too fat”, “I’m too out of shape”, or “I’m too sick”!

Whichever of the above excuses you might consider using I can tell you that in almost every case it’s just not true! It is NEVER TOO LATE TOO CHANGE!  In fact every cell in the human body dies and replaces itself in less than 2 years, 98% of your body in less than a year! Yes, the human body can and does replace itself continually! So it really is NEVER TO LATE TO CHANGE!

What really holds most people back is FEAR! Maybe it is a fear of not being able to stick with your plan or that you will try but the results just won’t materialize! You have probably tried to change in some form or another in the past and failed to reach your goals and you don’t want that feeling of failure again and that is understandable!
