WELCOME TO THE T-ZONE

By February 17, 2015 September 4th, 2019 Blog

I would like to “Officially Welcome You” to my first blog on my new website and if you are into learning more about how to live “Lean & Healthy” for life you are in for some potentially “life changing” Information! I have just put the finishing touches on my BRAND NEW Total Transformation Program called Time For Change that features a unique new “inside-out” approach to losing fat Loss and achieving Optimal Health & Wellness that has already produced some amazing results for my first trial clients! I am excited to share this ground breaking new information with my T-Zone Community and in the next few weeks you will be getting all of it and then some!

But first, I would like to introduce myself and give you a little background information to get things started.  I   have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for nearly 30 years. The first 15 years managing a large “multi-sport” facility and the last 15 owning and operating my own Personal Training Center.  I have gained a lot of knowledge and experiences over the last 30 years.  I have seen a lot come and go and come back again. That is kind of how this industry goes! I do not consider myself an expert at anything. I’m a seeker!  I’m always attracted to new information, methods and products that pertain to Health & Fitness and I have always been on a journey for the answers to the” bigger” questions and on an ultimate  quest for the “absolute truth”!

Unfortunately, I’m sorry to report that as of this writing that I haven’t found any “absolute truths”! I believe this is because the truth is always subjective and it is always subject to change, just like life itself!  It has become more about “the truth according to who” and most of us develop our beliefs in what is true or not true based on what other people tell us. Our parents, peers, friends and our people of influence like our teachers, health care professionals and the media to name a few. What we come to believe as true is generally influenced by these people, not by what we really believe to be true in our hearts and backed up by scientific facts.

The point is, I have gained a lot of knowledge over the last 30 years and I would like to share it with as many people as I can in hopes of helping as many of you as I can!  I am hoping that this blog and my website will become a trusted and valuable resource for you in finding the answers to your questions and concerns regarding your health and fitness. I promise to stay objective and to present my views based on as much “good” scientifically based information as I can obtain. I hope to have good “open dialogue” where everyone who wants to can comment on and share their own thoughts and experiences in hopes of helping others as well!

But let me regress for a moment if I may in hopes of setting the stage for what is to come.  As I mentioned earlier I have spent most of the last 15 years as the owner and operator of my own Personal Training Center. I have helped hundreds of people improve how they look, feel and perform. That experience was very rewarding. But there were many failures as well along the way. These failures were always devastating to me!  By failures I mean the people who were not able to reach their goals. Now granted, many of those people were not willing to make the changes to their diet, exercise and lifestyle that would produce significant change. Many gave it a short, half hearted attempt and when they did not see instant results abandoned their program and went off in search of the next “quick and easy” fix. These “quick and easy” fixes usually took the form of a magic pill, potion, program or cosmetic surgery. Many Personal Trainers don’t really want to dwell on their failures.  They just write these people off to weak minded individuals who weren’t willing to pay the price of success. It had nothing to do with them as a trainer or coach!  I never saw it that way!  I always felt I was just not able to reach them with the right information which would have motivated them to keep going.

Those failures didn’t bother me as much however as the people who really tried to eat better, get more exercise and improve some of their lifestyle choices and still failed to reach their goals. I would always end up feeling as if I had failed them! I was getting so discouraged that I almost decided to quit!  I had the perfect out in the fact that  I am now 62 years of age and old enough for early retirement benefits to kick in and  I started thinking that maybe I was just getting a little “too old” for all of this! Maybe it was time for me to “ride off into the sunset” and do something else with the years I had left.

But then something happened… I came to a startling revelation… THERE IS MORE TO LOSING FAT THAN JUST DIET, EXERCISE AND LIFESTYLE!  In fact the whole process is very complicated, different for each individual and downright confusing if you only look at these factors. During the last 5 years I had been exploring in great depth the “Inner Environment” of the human being.  I kept finding “other things” that could be affecting someone’s ability to lose fat and get healthy!  Specifically 4 key components that almost everyone in North America is suffering from and it hit me like a “lead balloon”! Maybe if we addressed these 4 problems along with the right eating, exercise and lifestyle choices we would see better results for everybody. Could this be the “missing link”?

Well everything started to fall into place, I was constantly drawn to these 4 specific problems and the solutions to overcoming them and as I started to infuse some of these solutions into my clients program the results just exploded! Some Amazing Transformations took place with these initial clients and I knew I was on to something!  You will be able to learn more about these transformations on this site and in future articles.

I didn’t mean for this first blog to get so wordy but I thought you needed to know a little background for credibility sake, before we head down the path to improved health and fitness together through this  New “inside-out” Approach that I have developed and that you will be learning about.

In the next blog we will begin to explore this “inner environment” and the 4 key components that may be affecting your ability to Live Lean & Healthy For Life! Buckle up you are in for a ride!

Live Well!
