Tis The Season…

The Christmas Holiday Season Is Definitely Upon Us! Most of us are thankful that Thanksgiving has come and gone because we just couldn’t stand to eat and drink   like that every week.  Speaking of over indulging…hopefully all of you also survived the busiest shopping week of the year with pre-Black Friday, actual Black Friday, post Black Friday weekend sales and finally Cyber Monday shopping all behind us you are probably done or near done shopping for at least the big items on your list! You can now focus on the smaller gifts for people like friends and co-workers or maybe if you are in business your employees and customers. Everyone would like to be able to give something of value to these special people in your life but sometimes it’s just not financially feasible to give to this many people… Well I have a GREAT SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM!

Well I have some great news! I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry now for over thirty years. Helping someone Transform the way they look, feel and perform is equally complicated and if I have learned anything over the years, it’s that there is way more to fat loss than just diet and exercise!

I have spent the last ten years trying to figure out what those “other things” were by studying the medical research, learning from other health and fitness professionals and trying out what I had learned on my own clients.

Well I am excited to announce that after much trial and error, I feel I have found “those answers” as to why the body will stubbornly hold onto fat even when you are eating better and exercising more and when I started addressing these specific conditions with my clients and coupled that with a better eating plan and a more time effective form of exercise things really began to change for my clients and the results were simply Amazing!
