It’s All About Balance!

By June 27, 2015 September 4th, 2019 Fitness, Health

The older I get the more I understand that all things in life evolve around a delicate balance! Take a moment to look around you, nature requires a delicate balance…Our minds require a delicate balance… and our bodies require a delicate balance to thrive and be healthy!

It has taken me years of coaching my clients at my Health & Fitness Training Center in Vancouver Washington to really understand that living lean and healthy revolves around balance! In fact BALANCE might be the most important word in defining well being!

When things are in balance, life and health thrive!  When things are out of balance, chaos and dis-ease are the end result! Unfortunately, the world we live in today is very much “out of balance” and for most of us, so are our bodies, minds and spirit!

When it comes to balancing our bodies it all begins with balancing our “Inner Environment” and in particular these  4 key elements:

  • Our  Energy/ Information System
  • Our Hydration
  • Our Alkalinity
  • Our Toxicity

If you read my FREE Special Report on “The Inner Environment”  you now know the importance of having a balanced inner environment when it comes to living “lean & healthy” for life! If you have not yet read this valuable  information  I highly recommend that you do! You can get instant access to this report by Clicking Here.

Balance is also one of the most important aspects of having a healthy eating & exercise plan!  When it comes to our eating and nutrition, having a good balance of all of the “macro nutrients” like protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats is critical to “satiety” (the feeling of being full or satisfied) and getting the balanced nutrition you need for optimal health, performance & fat loss!

When it comes to our exercise, having a balanced plan that includes both resistance and cardio training preferably featuring “higher intensity – shorter duration”  sessions that promote maximum “after burn” have proven to be more effective at burning excess body fat and developing  strength, endurance and overall performance! If you are not familiar with these terms or all of the benefits of “high intensity”  exercise I recommend you check out my  Total Transformation Guidebook “Time For Change” ! Balance is also critical when it comes to our mental health and well being!  Having a BALANCED lifestyle of work, play and purposeful living are the keys to relieving STRESS, which is one of the most damaging factors to our health, and being happy! Learning how to make “Conscious Choices” is one of the most important aspects to living a “Balanced Life” and a topic we cover extensively in our “Total Transformation  Program” and again to learn more about this amazing program CLICK HERE .

So remember to “Strive for Balance” in all aspects of your life and “Be Well!”
