Marian Markley

Marian came to The T-Zone in poor health! She was overweight, feeling sick and tired all the time and very prone to injury. In fact it was all she could do to make it up the stairs to the workout area!

We started on a twice a week training program with a lot of emphasis on improving her nutrition/eating  plan and some very basic exercises with a lot of emphasis on strengthing her core and improving her balance.

Marian was asponge for all the health and fitness information I could give her and she was finally ready to commit herself 100% to what ever it would take to lose weight and get in shape!

Now a little over a year later she has dropped over 50 pounds, has greatly improved her strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance and she looks and feels like a new person!
